We keep shipping simple: fast processing, tracked delivery, and free shipping on most orders. Here's everything you need to know about how your Blend Pen™ gets to you.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information — typically within 24–48 hours of placing your order.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During launches and high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. If that happens, we'll keep you posted.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States. All rates are calculated at checkout.

• Free Economy Shipping — Free on orders $80+ · 5–8 business days
• Economy — $5 · 5–8 business days
• Standard — $8 · 3–5 business days
• Express — $17 · 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates begin once your order ships, not when it's placed. Carrier delays during peak seasons are outside our control, but we'll always help you track things down.

Spend $80 or more and Economy shipping is on us.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping — but we're working on it.

Because the Blend Pen™ is an age-restricted product, all orders are subject to age verification. You must be 21+ to purchase, and an adult signature may be required at delivery where applicable by law.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking details are sent to the email on your account. You can also view your order status anytime by logging into your account.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, reach out — we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change your address or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible via our Support Portal. Once tracking information has been generated (typically 24–48 hours after your order is placed), orders can no longer be changed or canceled.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us immediately through our Support Portal and we'll make it right with a replacement at no cost to you.

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days so we can help resolve it.

Wholesale Orders

Retail partners: wholesale orders ship via our Wholesale Shipping option ($70 flat rate, orders $175+). Retailers must select this option at checkout or your order won't ship. Questions? Visit our Wholesale page.
