Aiden Labs Inc. Incentive Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 06/01/2024
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Incentive Program ("Program") is open exclusively to ‘Budtenders’ who work at Ayr Dispensaries in Florida.
1.2. Participants must be legal residents of Florida and at least 21 years old.
2. Program Description
2.1. The Program aims to reward top-performing budtenders and a district manager (DM) with a grand prize of an all-inclusive trip for two to Universal Studios. This exciting opportunity allows participants to win by promoting the Blend Pen.
2.2. Size of group will include five (5) Budtenders and their plus one (1). Also, one (1) DM and their plus one (1).
2.3 Exact schedule of events will be determined and communicated at a later date.
3. Program Period
3.1. The Program begins on June 1st and ends on September 30th, 2024, unless extended or terminated earlier at Aiden Labs Inc.'s discretion.
4. How to Participate
4.1. To participate, budtenders must be in good standing with Ayr at the time of the grand prize event. This ensures that all participants are actively contributing to Ayr’s success when the prize is awarded.
4.2. To qualify for incentives, participants must achieve sales targets as specified in the incentive criteria outlined in section 5.
5. Incentive Criteria and Rewards
5.1. Sales Tiers: One winner from each sales tier in Florida. Top performers must sell a minimum of 25 Blend Pens.
5.2. Rewards include a trip to Universal Studios for the winners and their plus ones
5.3. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.
5.4. All rewards will be distributed within [X] weeks of the Program's end date.
6. Verification of Sales
6.1. Aiden Labs Inc. reserves the right to verify sales claims upon request. Participants
7. Publicity
7.1. By participating, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and business information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. Recordings
8.1. Winners agree to be included in video recordings and other media that will be captured during the trip.
9. Disqualification
9.1. Aiden Labs Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the participation process or violating these Terms and Conditions.
10. General Conditions
10.1. Aiden Labs Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Program if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Aiden Labs Inc.'s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Program, as determined by Aiden Labs Inc. in its sole discretion.
10.2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. Aiden Labs Inc. is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Program.
11.2. Aiden Labs Inc. assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties.
11.3. Participants acknowledge that the grand prize trip to Universal Studios may involve activities that could be hazardous, and they participate at their own risk. Aiden Labs Inc. is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the trip. Participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Aiden Labs Inc. and Ayr Wellness Inc. from any claims arising from participation in the Program or the prize trip.
